The Boulevard is a Bar / Live Music Venue owned by Emma and Rob. It is located right in the heart of Wigan town center and is well known for its live music and ever changing selection of real ales and ciders. The Boulevard is a below ground venue and is split across two well sized rooms.

The first room holds the bar and is the place to chill out with a drink from the well stocked bar. There is a pool table, dart board, jukebox, gaming machines and plenty of seating.

The second room is where the live bands can be found, a decent sized stage and raised seating and standing areas make it a very good room to see some local talent and bands from further afield.

Here at The Boulevard we love our real ales and ciders, We regularly have Moorhouses 'Pie Maker' on plus three guest ales and two guest ciders that we change regularly to keep things fresh.

Directions

From the M61:
- Leave the M61 at J5, Signposted Wigan/Bolton/Westh'ton
- At the roundabout take the first exit and follow the A58
- At Next roundabout take the 2nd exit
- At Next junction turn left onto Wigan Road
- At next mini roundabout take first exit onto Market Street
- At next junction take a right onto Wigan Road
- Keep going through several sets of lights
- At Mini roundabout take first exit
- Go through three sets of lights
- At the fourth set of lights bear left
- At the second set of lights bear right
- At the set of lights go left and under the bridge
- The Boulevard is about 400 yards past the train stations


From the M6:
- Leave the M6 at J26, Signposted M58/Skelmesdale/Southport
- At the roundabout take the second exit
- At the lights turn right
- Stay on this road until you see lidl, Mc Donalds, At this point you want to take the middle lane DONT HEAD LEFT.
- Follow the road round past asda and split left to head under the railway bridge,past Kwik Fit
- Stay on this road, past Wigan Pier
- At Music 90 you want to head under the railway bridge
- The Boulevard is about 400 yards past the train stations


From the Bus Station:
- Exit the bus Station By the exit at stand A
- Turn right and head up towards the town
- When you get to the Moon Under Water you will see a crossing, Cross the road there
- The Boulevard is about 150 yards down that road


From Wigan Wallgate Train Station:
- Head up the stairs and exit the station
- Head left accross the pick up / Taxi Point
- Cross the road at the crossing to head away from the station and up the hill towards the town center
- The Boulevard is about 100 yards up, on the opposite side of the road.


From Wigan North Western Train Station:
- Exit the station following the signs
- Head accross the carpark and past Derby Wines
- Stay on this road and cross King Street
- The Boulevard is about 100 yards up on this side of the road
