The Duke of Hamilton is one of the oldest pubs in London dating back some 300 years ago, its been a pub with much history, appearing in the best beer guide for over 20 years. The pub has a great following, and has excellent reputation for Real Ale and great in house traditional pub food cooked by Ivan Sabol. The locals are friendly and really enjoy what truly is one of the last proper boozers still standing in Hampstead village, it really is a must see and you may even see a number of very famous locals such as Gail Porter, Kara Tointon, Kyran Bracken, Duncan James, Mark Blundell, Lisa Stansfield, Sylvester McCoy, David Bedford, Bob Welch, John Culshaw who drink and eat here a lot. The duke was the local pub where the late Oliver Reed was seen every day.

An amazing boozer, great atmosphere with friendly locals and frankly some of the best kept beer in London. Wish I lived closer!
