Fullers Black Cab Stout is brewed using a grist produced from 5 different malts including Ale malt, Imperial malt, Crystal malt, Chocolate malt and Golden malted Oats.
The hops used are the very traditional English Fuggles and Goldings.
Chocolate, roasted with a slight red berry fruit notes on the aroma give onto a rich dark chocolate roasted and rounded middle palate. A long finish with the malted toasted oats coming through, followed by a satisfying bitterness from the Fuggle and Golding hops.
