Established in 2010, in a former dairy, Tempest was set up by Gavin Meiklejohn, craft brewer and proprietor of The Cobbles Freehouse and Dining in Kelso, which is the brewery tap. The focus is on experimenting with ingredients and flavours to replicate classic and New World beers within the brewery. |
