8. You must not access Perfect Pint's private API by any other means other than the Perfect Pint service itself.
9. You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Perfect Pint including but not limited to user profiles and photos.

Throughtout the website we have utilised images within the public domain ad free of royalty. We acknowledge all trademarks and copyrights. Some images appearing on our site will be by our customers and please contact us if any content is felt to contain copyright. Will we aim to remove the image or rectify as soon as possible.

B. The Perfect Pint Logo and 'Beer Bingo' are registered trademarks of Perfect Pint Ltd

C. The data mining, extraction or utilisation of product information from our website is not permitted without Perfect Pint's express prior written permission.

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jusrisdiction of the English Courts.
